Welcome to DÅCTA's How do I Improve my Sleep - Workshop!
The workshop is based on the evidence-based method cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and is taught by psychologist and doctoral researcher Sabina Nickull.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday 18.4. in Arken Westermark (C101) at 17:30-18:30.
Registration is needed for those participating in person. Please register by Friday 14.4.You are also welcome to tune in via Zoom. We hope to see you soon!-Dåcta
