This form is for incoming exchange students at Åbo Akademi University.
This form should be completed at the end of the exchange period at Åbo Akademi University in order to receive a transcript of records for the studies completed during the exchange.
Please note that in order to complete the request you will need to have finished all your courses at ÅAU, the credits and grade must also be registered in the study register peppi. Please note that only those courses that you have passed will be registered.
Registered students can check in Peppi if the credits have been registered.
After sending in the transcript request you will receive a official transcript of records from the International office. An electronic copy of the same can be sent to your home university by e-mail. Please ask for it in the field in the end of form.
Former exchange students receive one official transcript of records. Additional copies are subject to a fee of 35 euros/copy.
Duration of exchange
You can find detailed information about the courses you have taken by logging into Peppi, or looking at the course database or in the Study in English catalogue. Please list all details, including end date of course as exact as possible in order to avoid unnecessary delay.
If you failed the course or did not finish it, kindly indicate that in the field for additional information provided by student.
Only passed courses are registered in the Study register and the Transcript of Records. Please note that if you have failed a course, this course will NOT be listed in your transcript.
Postal address where you want your transcript sent. Include: recipients name, postal address, postal number, town, country. The paper transcript will be sent to the address exactly as you have written it. If you live in Asia we recommend that you write your address with the local alphabet.
The original transcript of records will be sent to you or the address you have indicated above. If you request it for yourself then do not forget to share the transcript with your Home university. We will email a copy to you and if needed can cc in your home university coordinator. In that case, please provide their e-mail address in the field above.
Allow up to 8 weeks for the completion of your transcript request.
Any additional certificates that you might need to be completed by Åbo Akademi University should be returned to the International office before the end of your exchange period.
