This form is for incoming exchange students at Åbo Akademi University.
You should complete this form at the end of your exchange studies at Åbo Akademi University, in order to receive your transcript of studies completed during the exchange.
In order to complete your request, you will need to have finished all your courses at ÅAU, the credits and grade must also be registered in the study register peppi before ordering.
Please note that only those courses that you have passed will be registered.
Registered students can check in Peppi if the credits have been registered and visible on your transcript of records.
If you no longer have access to peppi, please contact exchange@abo.fi to ask for information about your grades in peppi.
After sending in the transcript request you will receive an official digital transcript of records from the International office to the email that you provide.
If your home university requires that you receive a physical printed official transcript of records please send us an email at exchange@abo.fi to request that seperately.
Former exchange students receive one official transcript of records. Additional copies are subject to a fee of 35 euros/copy.
Duration of exchange
You can find detailed information about the courses you have taken by logging into Peppi, or looking at the course information in the study handbook.
Please list all details, including end date of course as exact as possible in order to avoid unnecessary delay.
If you failed the course or did not finish it, kindly indicate that in the field below called "additional information".
If you studied more than 10 courses with us, please write the extra courses in the "additional information" field below.
Only passed courses are registered in the study register peppi and visible on the transcript of records.
Please note that if you have failed a course, this course will NOT be listed in your transcript.
The digital transcript of records will be sent to your email address and the email address of your home university coordinator that you share with us.
If you do not provide an email address for your home university coordinator, it will be your responsibility to send the transcript to them.
Allow up to 8 weeks for the completion of your transcript request.
